Webbed Marketing, the leading social media strategy company in Central Ohio, will be offering an informative webinar series for 2009. The company has lead the internet marketing push in the Columbus area for the past two years. Although the series is set to cover traditional internet marketing strategies, such as search engine optimization, representatives from Webbed Marketing say that this series will pay particular attention to the rising demand for social media marketing experts.

“The past year alone has really seen a huge shift in the way that businesses are marketing themselves,” said Bill Balderaz, President and Founder of Webbed Marketing. “Consumers are moving away from traditional media outlets and getting more of their information online, in many different forms. This, combined with the relatively low costs when compared with traditional media forms, is what has made marketing with Social Media so attractive for businesses. Businesses were dabbling in marketing through social media before, but the drastic changes in the economy have really spurred interest.”
