What we did

Webbed Marketing created a mobile campaign for 200 of Dominion Homes’ active listings. Signs were placed outside of homes with a keyword that interested home buyers could text to find out information about the house, such as number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square feet and contact information for a sales representative.  Additionally, the appropriate sales representatives received a text message each time someone opted in to the campaign, allowing them to instantly follow up with homebuyers who are interested in viewing or hearing more about the house.

Outcomes/Results

Our mobile marketing campaign has allowed Dominion Homes to automatically contact interested buyers providing relevant information quickly.  Within the first two months of the campaign, Dominion Homes received numerous leads, and entered into a contract for the purchase of a home. Additionally, sales representatives have a new method of building relationships to improve the buying experience.
