From Andrea Hill: The final session of the day that I attended was on strategies for blogging and social networking marketing. Some of the content was similar to the viral campaign session I’d attended earlier, I liked the use of the one specific case study to frame their work. Right away speaker Bill Balderaz of Webbed Marketing laid out the three things you need for success: 1. a compelling hook 2. the right channels 3. identify client goals. From The Rocks On: It tickles my fancy that I will be the “Official Tweeter” of the “Ohio Web Leaders Integrated Campaigns that Get Results!” For my participation as the “Offical Tweeter”, I will receive ”Free Chicken” as I am forced to listen to Jennifer Laycock (Editor of Search Engine Guide), Adam Goldberg (the guy who started Google’s AdWords inside sales team), Nihar Bihani (the SEO extraordinaire who has worked on some of the largest and most visited business websites on the Internet, including Manta.com which features more than 45 million URLs–and who just accepted a position with that website that sells a ton of books and is named after a rather large rainforest) as they discuss new web marketing techniques.
